THAT'S what's up. Dude's saying: "You can stop being YOU, now, since you've got ME...."

That's the rationale of a narcissist. Not in the casual-use of the term, but the literal, clinical one. One would have to have the actual, literal lack of/unstable sense of self that's at the heart of narcissism, so that ANYONE who could possibly "outshine me" or "find better than me" has to be brought low or obliterated. I used to think Jonah Hill MIGHT be an okay person but that revealed mindset is ALL KINDS of red flags. That's the whole damned tarmac ablaze. I hope Sarah Brady has left him behind. I have no doubts that HER surfing and modeling career has already outshone his drying up acting career--hasn't even peaked yet. And she can easily and obviously find a better partner.
